Hello

Nice to meet you! I am honored to be part of your healing walk. I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter and a friend. I am a trauma survivor, a reformed perfectionist, an artist, a spiritual wisdom seeker, nature and animal lover. My own mental health journey has guided me here, to creating space for others to heal. Whatever your goals, you will have a partner and advocate who "gets it", as we navigate inner landscapes and chart courses to new lands.

Unsure about therapy?

If you are new to therapy or want to ensure a good fit, I offer free consultations.

My Focus

My work centers on helping people find steadiness, healing, and growth related to seasons of stress, anxiety, trauma, or illness. I believe that healing doesn’t happen in a rush — it unfolds slowly, like new roots finding their way into the soil.  In our sessions, we create space for you to feel grounded and seen. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed — supporting you as you learn to trust yourself again, reconnect with your body, and help establish peace within. We will challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, and make space for what comes next.

I integrate evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, and somatic practices with deep respect for your individual story. Together, we work not only toward symptom relief, but toward a sense of wholeness and self-understanding that allows true growth to take root.   Healing is not about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to who you’ve always been beneath the stress, fear, pain, and expectations.  My role is to walk beside you as you nurture that growth, honoring both your strength and your tenderness along the way.

Being a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider means I am educated on alternative and holistic ways to support the mind-body connection. Do not be surprised if we discuss lifestyle, eating habits, gut health, and incorporating movement as a way to support the mind as well as the body. We can also explore grounding practices such as breath work, mindfulness, meditation and yoga depending on what fits best. We are whole organisms, and looking only from the neck up is missing the big picture!
